I’ve been involved in Business Operations from an early age, with my parents operating a Pet Shop and Gift Shop for most of my early teens.
I completed VCE in 2000 and was awarded highest marks in the area of Industry and Enterprise.
I then moved on to work in Food Retail- working full time at a Subway outlet. After a year’s employment and at the ripe old age of 18, I began Managing the store.
It was then that my passion of Business Operations thrived. I was able to challenge myself and perfect my skills in Customer Service and Leadership.
By age 19 I was managing multiple outlets and leading 30+ staff.
Shortly after, at age 21 I was promoted to Operations Manager of several Subway locations in Ballarat, Horsham, Bendigo and Bacchus Marsh, all the while continuing to manage my original outlet.
I was responsible for the reopening of a location that seen it do a complete back flip in productivity to become one of the highest ranked stores in regional Victoria.
After nearly 9 years operating stores within the Subway Franchise, I then moved on to work with Positive Training Solutions.
My role as a Trainer quickly expanded to that of Business Development Manager of the North, North-East, Central and Wimmera regions of Victoria.
I’m passionate about providing Employers and Staff with the skills they need to operate successful business’s within the Food Retail industry.
